I took a chance on a new venture, which has evolved into the small family-run operation that is Dadth Ltd.
With Dadth®, the focus is simple: Unlocking value for our customers from reliable, quality stock sources. We want you to be happy with what you've spent your hard earned cash on!
Offers are also considered, especially on large quantity orders, however the pricing should be lower than the current market value on most items!
Our Inventory and Quality Promise
Around 95% of our inventory is new and unused. This includes "as-new" customer returns (such as unwanted gifts, incorrectly ordered items, and change-of-mind returns, as well as surplus stock items. (In some cases, it might be a case of minor damaged packaging yet perfectly fine contents). We also occasionally carry a quality pre-owned item from small house or office clearances, and source selected lines directly from wholesalers — meaning some items are available in greater quantities than typical one-off finds.
Products are either still factory-sealed or have been opened for inspection and testing to confirm all components are present and in working order, ensuring you can buy with confidence. To deliver maximum savings, we source from varied surplus channels. While the majority of products reflect the actual item shown, the listing thumbnail image might be a stock image, external packaging, and sometimes brand, may on the odd occasion vary. We ensure listings are reliable and accurate by cross-referencing existing product barcodes or model numbers and comparing visual likeness, confirming the core item and model match with high confidence. Any potential deviations from the listing will be communicated clearly before any transaction.
*Please Note:* Where a product is on the rare occasion missing parts (e.g., a remote, cleaning brush etc.), this will be clearly noted, and communicated ahead of any transaction, and is of course priced accordingly. This generally doesn't impact the overall usability of the item - You're not going to be sold something unusable, unless it is clearly marked for 'spares or repairs' only...
Shopping with Dadth
Due to the nature of our business, not all, but many items are single-piece clearances. This means stock availability might move quickly and cannot be guaranteed. We encourage you to check out swiftly to secure your find!
And if your purchase isn't quite right, shop with confidence knowing we offer a 14-day return policy on all unused items returned in their original packaging. Sometimes things go wrong, so if something goes wrong outside of this window, you are encouraged to get in touch to discuss how we might be able to help! Your confidence and satisfaction matters to us!
Deliveries & Shipping
We ship UK-wide using Royal Mail Tracked services for most standard-sized orders, dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery starts from £3.95, with free standard delivery on orders over £40.
For larger items or where an expedited or next-day service is needed, we use DPD, with services starting from £5.95. If you require this, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and arrange collection.
Local delivery to the Waterlooville area and surrounding postcodes (PO7/PO8/PO9) can also be arranged — get in touch to discuss timing and availability.
If you feel more comfortable purchasing through our eBay store (where we maintain a 100% buyer feedback rating), or wish to use eBay payment options, please feel free to ask us to list your bundle — though pricing may differ due to the platform fees involved. (eBay ID: dadth_ltd)
