Returns & Refunds Policy

At Dadth Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights to cancel, return items, and receive refunds under UK consumer protection law.
Your Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason.
Important: We extend this to 30 days to give you even more time to decide. This cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your goods.
How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order and arrange a return, please contact us as soon as possible:

- Subject line: "Cancellation - Order [your order number]"
In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- Order number (from your order confirmation email)
- The items you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and full refund, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition: Items should be as you received them
- In original packaging: Please return items in their original packaging where possible
- With all accessories: Include all components, documentation, and accessories
- Returned within 30 days: We must receive your return within 30 days of delivery
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personal care items (if opened)
- Food and perishable goods
- Items that have been personalised or customised for you
- Sealed items that have been opened (where applicable for health/hygiene)
Return Shipping
Return Costs:
- Changed your mind? You are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item
- Faulty or incorrect item? We will cover all return postage costs
Return Shipping Instructions:
- Contact us to notify us of your return
- We will provide you with a return address and any necessary instructions
- Package the item(s) securely in suitable packaging
- Use a tracked shipping service where possible (for your protection)
- Keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed
Important: You are responsible for the items until they reach us, so please ensure adequate packaging and consider using a tracked service. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s):
- Inspection: We will inspect the item(s) within 3 working days
- Approval: If the return meets our conditions, we will approve your refund
- Refund Processing: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Refund Amount:
- You will receive a full refund of the purchase price
- If we covered your original delivery cost, this will also be refunded
- Return shipping costs (if you paid them) are not refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect
Refund Timing:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 working days
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account
- We will email you once your refund has been processed
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Contact us immediately: Email support@dadth.com with photos of the issue
- We will arrange collection or return: We will cover all return costs
- Full refund or replacement: Your choice of a full refund or replacement item (subject to availability)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have additional rights if goods are faulty:
- First 30 days: Right to reject and receive a full refund
- After 30 days: Right to a repair or replacement; refund if this is not possible
- Up to 6 months: Items are presumed to have been faulty at the time of delivery unless we can prove otherwise
Second-Hand & Surplus Stock Items
Many of our products are second-hand or surplus stock items. Please note:
- We describe all items accurately, including any wear or imperfections
- Minor cosmetic wear on used items does not constitute a fault
- All items must be functional and as described
- Your consumer rights still apply - items must be as described and fit for purpose
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our surplus and limited-stock inventory:
- We do not offer direct exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order
- We cannot guarantee the same item will still be available
Refund Deductions
We may make deductions from your refund if:
- The item shows signs of use beyond what was necessary to inspect it (e.g., you would not be expected to use an item extensively before deciding to return it)
- The item is returned damaged due to inadequate packaging
- Parts or accessories are missing
Any deductions will be reasonable and proportionate to the reduction in the item's value. We will notify you if this applies.
Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it:
- Contact us immediately at support@dadth.com
- If we can stop the dispatch, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund
- If the item has already been dispatched, you can still return it using the standard returns process
