These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dadth Ltd website (dadth.co.uk) and your purchase of products from us.

2. Contract Formation
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order (this does not mean we have accepted your order). A contract between us will only be formed when we accept your order by:
- Processing your payment successfully via our payment provider (Stripe), and
- Sending you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline any order before acceptance, including (but not limited to) cases where items are out of stock, pricing errors occur, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
3. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However:
- Our inventory consists of surplus stock, second-hand goods, and limited-quantity items
- Items are often unique or in small quantities, and availability may change without notice
- Product images are representative; actual condition may vary for used items
- We describe items as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur
- Certain items, particularly hand-dyed or intensely coloured fabrics, may be subject to colour transfer or bleeding. Where applicable, care instructions (such as "wash separately" or "wash before first use") are provided on product packaging or tags. We cannot be held liable for damage to other items caused by failure to follow these care instructions or for natural colour shedding that occurs during the normal life cycle of the product.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you and offer either a refund or an alternative product (subject to your agreement).
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices are correct at the time of placing your order
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors discovered before dispatch
- If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you with the correct price and give you the option to proceed or cancel
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe
- We do not store your payment card details
5. Voucher Codes & Promotions
Voucher codes and promotional offers:
- Must be entered at checkout to be applied
- Cannot be applied retrospectively after an order is placed
- Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
- Are subject to terms and conditions specific to each promotion
- May have expiry dates and usage limits
- We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time
- Are non-transferable and intended solely for the named recipient or group for whom they were issued
- Must not be shared publicly, posted on deal sites, forums, or social media, or distributed beyond their intended audience
- Percentage and fixed-amount discount codes are applied to the value of goods only and do not apply to delivery charges
- Delivery discount codes (including free delivery codes) are applied to the delivery charge only and do not reduce the value of goods
- Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated based on the order value after any goods discount has been applied
For example: a 10% discount code on an order of £20.00 reduces the goods total to £18.00. Standard delivery charges are then assessed against the discounted goods value of £18.00. A free delivery code removes the delivery charge entirely but does not affect the price of goods.
Dadth Ltd reserves the right to void, cancel, or refuse any order where a voucher code is found to have been used outside its intended scope, shared without authorisation, or otherwise misused. This includes but is not limited to codes being distributed beyond their intended recipient, used more times than permitted, or used in a manner inconsistent with the purpose for which they were issued.
Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation without prior notice. In such cases, any payment taken will be refunded in full. Dadth Ltd accepts no liability for any inconvenience arising from the cancellation of orders placed using misused codes.

In summary:
- We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days
- Delivery is currently available to UK addresses only
- You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched
- Risk passes to you upon delivery
7. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

8. Consumer Rights
Under UK consumer protection law, you have statutory rights including:
- The right to receive goods that are as described
- The right to receive goods of satisfactory quality

- The right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty

9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your order shall be limited to the price paid for the relevant products.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and the Dadth® trademark, is the property of Dadth Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK data protection law.
12. Third-Party Services
We use third-party service providers to operate our website and process transactions:
- Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy)
- Netlify: Website hosting and infrastructure
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, strikes, or failure of third-party services.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Returns Policy, and Delivery Information, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dadth Ltd regarding your purchase of products through our website.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
However, if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@dadth.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
