This page explains our delivery options, timescales, and what to expect when ordering from Dadth Ltd.
Free Delivery: Standard delivery is free on all orders over £40 to UK addresses.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international delivery — if you require this, please contact us to discuss options.
Delivery Options & Costs
Standard Delivery — Royal Mail Tracked
- Cost: £3.95 (FREE on orders over £40)
- Delivery time: 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Tracking: Full tracking provided by email once dispatched
- Suitable for: Most standard-sized parcels within Royal Mail's size guidelines
Larger Items & Expedited Delivery — DPD
- Cost: From £5.95
- Delivery time: Next working day or 2-day service available
- Tracking: Full tracking and delivery notifications provided
- Suitable for: Larger items, or where faster delivery is required
Important: If you require DPD delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and arrange courier collection in time.
Local Delivery (Waterlooville / PO7, PO8, PO9 area)
- Cost: £3.95 (or may be waived for nearby orders at our discretion)
- Arrangement: Contact us to agree a suitable time — daytime or evening delivery may be possible subject to availability
- Same-day: Can sometimes be arranged for confirmed, paid orders placed earlier in the day
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where applicable
- During particularly busy periods, processing may take up to 5 working days — we will keep you informed
Order Tracking
For Royal Mail Tracked and DPD deliveries, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the courier's website or app.
What If Nobody Is Home?
- The courier will leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions
- For tracked deliveries, redelivery can usually be arranged online
- Items are typically held at the local depot for 7–18 days before being returned
- You can request a safe place for delivery at checkout — once left there, the item becomes your responsibility
Delivery Issues
Damaged Items
If your delivery arrives damaged, please take photos of both the packaging and the item and contact us at info@dadth.com as soon as possible, including your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Missing Items
If something appears to be missing, check all packaging carefully before contacting us. If items are still missing, email info@dadth.com with your order reference and we will investigate promptly.
Non-Delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, check whether a card was left, ask neighbours, and check any safe place you specified. If still unresolved, contact us and we will chase this with the courier.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address and your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. In this situation the original order will need to be cancelled and a new order placed with the correct delivery address — this ensures full accountability and a clean record in our payment system. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it and you will need to contact the courier directly using your tracking details.
